When was NLMC’s 21st Board Meeting held?

NLMC’s 21st Board Meeting : The 21st Meeting of the Board of Directors of the National Land Monetization Corporation Limited (NLMC) was held on 18 September 2026. During the meeting, the Board reviewed the progress of the Corporation’s asset monetisation programme and considered proposals involving surplus land and building assets worth over ₹5,000 crore. These assets belong to Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) and other Government entities.

NLMC works with asset-owning organisations to identify suitable surplus properties, conduct due diligence, facilitate valuation and structure appropriate monetisation processes. The Board also discussed measures to accelerate implementation and strengthen coordination with stakeholder entities. In addition, it approved the Annual Financial Statements and Directors’ Report for FY 2025–26. NLMC is a wholly owned Government of India company under the administrative control of the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE), Ministry of Finance. Its mandate focuses on facilitating the transparent and efficient monetisation of surplus public assets.
